I wish cigarettes didn't give sore throats

My Ultra light cigarettes make me have sore throat aches after awhile & I wish the taste didn't turn soar. But besides that things are just doing great. Dad's drunk in the other room by me, my sister runs the water above my head every night when she access to 3 different sinks. Why above my head? Torture. Living here has been absolute torture. I want to get out
